These sessions are led by Colin and are typically 90 minute full-body training sessions that are great for both fat-burning and strength-building. These sessions are high intensity.

2 - Personal Training
Book dedicated one-on-one sessions with Colin. This is ideal for either newcomers who first need orientation and a guiding hand to help develop a training program, or for intermediate to advanced trainees and athletes who want to focus on specific or advanced skills development. Availability for Personal Training slots with Colin varies from 09:00 to 20:45 Monday to Friday and are 60-minute sessions.
PERSONAL TRAINING INFO
Personal Training Sessions have a 60 min duration start to end. To maximize your hour with Colin, arrive early and make use of available TriKal Training Bays to start your warm-up solo so that Colin can get to your dedicated training sooner.
Personal Training Sessions are recommended and structured as once or twice weekly depending on individual member needs. Your Personal Training plan should include self-training sessions where you will be encouraged to supplement your one-on-one sessions with solo drop ins or by joining group sessions.

CALISTHENICS & STRENGTH TRAINING
Calisthenics, from the Greek 'kallos' and 'sthenos', literally meaning 'beauty and strength', suggests simply that a body that moves well and often, is a body of strength and beauty. In this course, Colin will work with you to develop your movement and strength skills in a way that supports not only your longevity, but also complements and adds value to the other activities you are participating in, be that basketball, golf or cycling.

WEIGHT LOSS
Typically following a TABATA Interval Training Protocol, Colin's hybrid calisthenics and QM session will not only torch fat fast but build muscle strength as well. Gain back the flexibility and agility of your youth with joint, muscle and tendon strengthening exercise that is fun!
The weight loss Personal Training Program is an integrated physical training and nutrition coaching program. Colin and Angela work together with you to idnetify your goals and develop a customized lifestyle revolution plan for you.

MARTIAL ARTS
In this course, Colin will teach and develop your combat-based movements such as hand strikes, kicks and footwork that are applicable to self-defense and used to develop the body and mind. Martial Arts training improves coordination, fitness and flexibility and develops self-confidence.

CAPOEIRA
Colin's QM & Calisthenics Courses form the cornerstones that support your progression to more freestyle and acrobatic movement. Built on the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira, Colin's Capoeira Flow course employs dynamic and circular strikes, kicks, and evasions in a seamless and dance-like body expression. It also utilizes a wide variety of floor movements and hand balancing postures. It calls for the practitioner to be creative with using the body to express oneself with fluidity.
